Lines 343,344 in appendices/migration5.xml state that Both the data and the
indexes are compared by using a callback functions.
I propose to change the wording a little bit to Both the data and the indexes
are compared by using separate callback functions.

A lot of people might not know the info is there, but instead of
removing it entirely I would suggest using an option to enable/disable
it. The skeleton created should still be obvious to people who do not
know much (if anything) about the way php-doc is made. So IMO it's not

Summary: Let's do it. However, I prefer doc-cvs@ and doc-bugs@ but
keep phpdoc@ for historical reasons even though it would be nice to
change it to doc@ including the cvs module name. Still thinking about
