Hi all
I created and uploaded a new package on our PEAR-channel, doc.php.net,
called "pman".
The pman package contains the PHP documentations in a Unix man-page
format (thanks Rudy!!) and a simple one line shell script (`pman`)
that changes the manpath to the location of the PHP manual files.

FYI: I branched PHD_0_4 today and merged heckofalot of stuff from and to HEAD.
HEAD and 0_4 should now be in total sync, with the exception of the
new argument and option parsing (which requires PHP5.3 which we had
hoped would be released long time ago).
docs.php.net has been updated to us
