[PHP-DOC] Duplication between extensions.ent and language-defs.ent

Greetings, everybody. While translating, I've found a lot of duplication between extensions.ent and language-defs.ent files. Should they be merged somehow or contain cross-links to avoid duplication? -- Regards, Shein Alexey
