I suspect you didn't get that error as your 'doc-base' or 'en'
checkouts are out of date.

Sorry it was a copy/paste issue, I checkout out the doc-ro build not the it
one, so the url I used was actually the correct one:
https://svn.php.net/repository/phpdoc/modules/doc-ro
Also, I think you can safely re-enable it as Hannes already fixed the build.

You need to update your 'en' checkout every once in a while, as long

$ cd doc-ro
$ svn update doc-base en ro
Should do the trick.
