I just want to paste some lines of the install.txt file
s and objects (which are stored in
hash-tables) - neither in the documentation nor in the sourcecode. Does
anyone know where I can get further information?

for me. I compiled with --with-gdbm.
Typo?
* the relationship between the DBM and DBA functions should be made
clearer. When should one use which? Do the DBA functions do automatical
locking like the DBM functions? The two should be cross linked at the very
least.
