By default http://ru2.php.net and all other php mirror show the manual in bogus language
For example http://ru2.php.net/pcre shows Necesitati Configuratia la rulare etc these are neither RUSSIAN nor ENGLISH. Looks like ROMANIAN. These languages are totally different, RO != RU, please correct the algorithms. Regards, Dmitri.
