Description: ------------ The cookie feature page (http://php.net/manual/en/features.cookies.php) is written to emphasise the register globals technique of dealing with cookies. The newer $_COOKIE variable is mentioned, but in less detail than using register globals and setcookie(). The page should be updated to switch this emphasis and discourage the use of register globals.
