PHP Bug Type:     Documentation problem
Bug description: No mention of return value of mcrypt_generic() upon failure
in documentation.

Description:
------------
http://us3.php.net/manual/en/function.mcrypt-generic.php
There is no mention of what is returned by mcrypt_generic() if the
function failed to encrypt the given data. Can it even fail? Same thing
for mdecrypt_generic().
