PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: Diffrent return-types on pg_connect and pg_pconnect

I just noticed that pg_connect returns a resource, while pg_pconnect
returns an int.
All databases that I've worked with used one or the other, but always the
same for both normal and persistant connections.

Question is, wich is right?

Regards, Sjon.
