As the howto notes, manuals are generated, if there is a language-defs.ent
in the translation dir. So as it generates, it should appear there at
http://php.net/manual/sv (see http://php.net/sv/blog for the build log
if it's not built).

It is there actually (chapter 16) but I'm not sure where I can find the manual,
if it
locally under /phpdoc/html, online as soon as available under php.net/manual/sv/

It is and I've read it, I was just a little curious while I started translation 35
hours ago and no manual has been generated, guess I have to be patient.
