Hey,   I was able to create the full PDF using a copy of Adobe Acrobat 5 on winXP. Nothing sophisticated or special linux tools.   If you wish, I don't mind contributing future PDF manuals to the site, I just create it from the HTML (many files) version.   - Davey - Original Message
