I'm Sajith Thennakoon, a Sri Lankan PHP Developer who seeking for Zend
Certified Engineer certification. I saw that the php documentation is in many
languages but not in Sinhala. In our country, there are many php programmers
and developers but they have some problems in international language literacy.
But the language barrier will be ignored if the php documentation is available
in sinhala. I have been searched every where in the internet and many php
related official sites but couldn't find any thing that helps to sri lankan
programmers. So I thought to translate this official PHP documentation also the
manual into sinhala language. Please be kind to consider my request and let me
do this as a service for my country and for the rest of the sri lankan php
programmers. I have requested an SVN account to do this by filling a form which
can be found on http://php.net/svn-php.php

Please be kind to accept my request and give me a chance to contribute to
develop and spread php into many countries through different languages.
