Hello again,
I added the ar tree to the repository, you can now check it out, copy your
translated files to it (it's not needed to copy untranslated files). Then
you can commit within the tree.

you just can't create a new directory in the tree. If i knew the correct
language id (always two characters), I would have added it for you, but I
don't know. I'll have a look at it now.
