[PHP-DOC] VIM modeline, final run

Based on the comments I recieved, I guess this would be best?
The purpose should be that it works as best as possible with any
vim-version, without manual configuring.


vim600: syn=xml fen fdm=syntax fdl=2 si
vim: et tw=78 syn=sgml bs=2
vi: ts=1 sw=1


I changed bookinfo.xml to contain these lines, please test if this is okay
for vim6 (without the customized configuration).
