I reported a problem at the end of this bug report:

The problem seems to be language-snippets.ent was updated yet the changes
are not showing up in the manual build. Have a look at the changelog:

I'll finish the Tidy docs when I have some time. (its almost finished)
The SPL extension (new in PHP 5) is huge and now has only the protos (not
all).
There are other extension that need docs, like:
* DOM
* COM .net
* X

Yes, I agree with you. Everybody think that coding extensions is better than
writing the docs. I do prefer developing the PHP core

I do not like the idea to 'clutter' up language-snippets.ent with notes
belonging to only a specific extension.
I think this file should only contain general notes.
Extension specific notes could easily included like
note-openssl-cnf.xml.
Translations pick up that language-snippets.ent, keep it in
