I would just do as the notice said, use --alldeps

The circular requirement between phd and generic is causing this issue I think.
I tend to pear install doc.php.net/phd_php, or use --alldeps
Unsure if this is just something stupid we are doing in our
package.xml, or if pear just isn't smart enough to tackle it.

Installing SQLite3 does not change the result, still the same output!
