I'm getting some great answers from everyone and I appreciate it! Something I found on the net is a Fiskar's circle cutter. They claim it uses rubber gripper feet, so "no pinholes" in your circle. Costs about $14. I think I'll try it. ( Marvy - now, there's a name) -MM Marcy Merrill Photograph

Marcy, Have you looked at the hole punches in craft/hpbby/scrapbook stores? You can get hole punches of any size imaginable. Marvy Uchida makes them--they are called "craft punches". here's their website. Stores like Michaels & Hobby Lobby carry them, but might not have the size you want. I ordered
