i'm not very handy, but the shutter in the Lubitel pops right off (from the
inside). i then punched a hole in a piece of shim-stock (any auto parts
store-very cheap), glued the zone plate to that, then glued the shimstock to
the shutter housing. all together it took about15 minutes.
