I've been on this list for a while but only recently had the time to
scan in some images. These were made using a Beseler 6x9.
As opposed to a lot of what I've seen here (and there's been some
amazing stuff uploaded) the Beseler produces sharp, contrasty
images. What makes it different

texture adds a lot to the erie feeling. Does the high grain come from the

I've got a couple of old 6x9 cameras which got the same treatment as
yours. They're a lot of fun to use. I find that your pictures have
much less light fall-off than what I get with mine. I wonder why. Did
you do any correction in the printing (like dodging the center part?)
