You can change that setting to "plain text," which is what I have, but it doesn't always help. I get this markup constantly, so changing the setting won't get rid of all of it. (Someone who lives in this house told me that a message that was created as "multipart/alternative" gets included in the digest as a single large chunk of text.) Whew!
