Can someone explain how to correctly map Solaris 10 packages to Solaris 11 in an automated fashion? As Alan and Shawn indicated, there isn't a clear mapping particularly between the SVR4 packages and the IPS packages in Solaris 11. There is an outdated table here http://hub.opensolaris.
