Hi Gabriele, I can confirm that appending this "-Dcom.eteks.sweethome3d.j3d.checkOffScreenSupport=false" args to the JAVA_ARGS fixes the issue.
I'm also running the default jessie JRE, on a system running the radeon OSS driver.
