Seems like some porting is needed, maybe not much. I'm looking into it
right now...
Thanks!

(waiting for qiime source to unpack on a verrry overloaded machine).

kfreebsd and then so would qiime. And libjogl2-java transition can go

This doesn't seem right to me. "zookeeper ftbfs without openjdk" sounds
like a build dependency should be more specific - instead of depending
on default-jdk (which may or may not be suitable).

Though, I hope default-jdk on kfreebsd can be changed back to openjdk-7
someday.

Or was this simply a mistake and should java2-runtime-headless still be

I still think qiime's libjogl-java dependency can be dropped; with
openjdk-7 at least, graphics rendering seems more than fast enough
without it.

s all that's needed for king to not use libjogl-java
for its rendering any more. Make sure libjogl-java is not installed on
your system when you build it (or use a clean chroot).

I don't know (or have access) to check for reverse dependencies (aside
from those that are Arch:all), so please let me know if other packages
block its removal.
