Hello,
the assets of libjs-popper.js do not appear under /usr/share/javascript.
The only thing that is packaged there is `popper.js` as an empty
directory.
This is currently breaking all software that loads popper.js assets from
its
Package: libjs-jquery-datatables-extensions

Hello,
Bootstrap 4 is available in buster, but the ColReorder extension is
missing the colReorder.bootstrap4 css file.
There may be more missing, though I haven't checked the other
extensions.

these toplevel scripts:
/usr/share/javascript/popper.js/popper.js
/usr/share/javascript/popper.js/popper.min.js
contain an export definition that doesn't seem to be standard
JavaScript:
$ tail /us
makes use of sourceMappingURL, and if so,
if there can be issues harmonising the two things. Browser-side,
however, the sourceMappingURL pointer in bootstrap4 seems incorrect to
me at the moment.
