Apologies for the noise! TIL learned it's better to use control@b.d.o
to batch unarchive and reopen bugs; however, I'm not sure why the
iterating over a list with "bts unarchive $bug" didn't unarchive
everything in the list... Did I send the "bts reopen $bug" series too
soon afterward
