When "This player supports video sites" is unchecked in the settings for the individual players, I get a dialog "It wasn't possible to find the url for this video" when I attempt to play one. When I check the box in VLC and mpv + youtube-dl it plays the video, but not all players support video sites and SMTube's documentation says in that case SMTube gets the url itself. Unfortunately that doesn't happen, so there's no apparent way to get players that don't support video sites like MPlayer to play a video.
