Just hit F11 (play panel) then raise it. I think this is an
upstream default, to not shock people close by, as playback
is also enabled during note input and note selection.

Dear Maintainer,
When playing back music inside of MuseScore, the volume is really low.
Exporting to wav and playing back has a decent volume; I think that playing
from inside MuseScore should match that.
