One important upstream detail is that the lib is called 'osc', the folder in SVN is called 'osc', the package is called 'pd-osc', therefore the OSC-meta.pd needs to be osc-meta.pd to match the library and package name. That change is already in the upstream SVN. Also, it'd be good to
