Hi,
I had to do the following:
remove php5
sudo a2enmod php7.0
restart apache2
Then pgppgadmin works fine. I also removed extension=pgsql.so and
extension=pdo_pgsql.so from the file /etc/php/7.0/apace2/php.ini. This needs
not to be enabled in that way - my fault.

in the file '/etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini‘ I set the following:
extension=pgsql.so
extension=pdo_pgsql.so
and restarted apache2.
There is sill the same notification / (error).
