Package: pulseaudio
Version: 0.9.10-3+lenny2
Severity: important

This looks the same as Ubuntu: #403786

Same message:

core.c: Assertion 'pa_idxset_isempty(c->clients)' failed at
pulsecore/core.c:165, function core_free(). Aborting.

And the daemon dies. It happens at random times. I have not been able to create
an exact set of conditions
to reproduce it. Heavier CPU load and moving a lot of X-windows around trigger
it from time to time, but it
is not 100% reproducible.
