Hi. I've noticed this is still happening in buster, and contrary to
what I suggested in the initial bug report, the number of CPUs have
absolutely nothing to do with this. To reproduce, just build the

I found a way to reproduce it on any system:
taskset --cpu-list 0 dpkg-buildpackage -uc -us -B
Because in this case a failing test does not seem to imply that the
package is misbuilt, I would suggest disabling the failing test until
somebody has the time to fix it
