is concerned, later branches 0.4 and 0.5 are packaged separately and

Yep, that's a known problem due to the newer ImageMagick. Hopefully,

All versions of webgen should be installable at once. It probably
won't be too much bother to rename the binaries as webgen0.x and use a
proper alternative mechanism.
