After submitting the report, I did a simple and very obvious test: I have downgraded the package from the current version (0.10.99.5~svn-r4998-1) to a previous one (0.10.99.4~svn-r3775-2). After that, the issue went away and the plugin configuration window started to work normally. Then, I have
