I am very curious the way plasma used to dragdrop applets between panel and
desktop:
1, drag applets from desktop to panel: user cannot drag applets directly but
with a handle, why ?
2, drag applets from panel to desktop: user cannot drag applets directly but
with a PanelAppletOverlay
