Air theme active task SVG improvement

Hi Developers, I noticed that the Air theme's graphic for the active task (on the task manager) was a pixmap, whereas the other button states were true SVG vector shapes. As a result, the active task (appears as depressed button) didn't perfectly match the other button states, and there were
