That bomb icon imho doesn't look very well in the titlebar and the app icon
indeed is confusing. What about dialog-warning to emphasis even more that it
will cause your changes do be lost? It's already in the dialog itself, however,
but will make the window stick out in the taskbar.

I suggest just using the same icon as used on the "Terminate Application
[foobar]" button. Terminating the application is the primary function of
that dialog and I struggle to identify the information value of using a
different visual metaphor for the window icon.
