Probably because when the folderview is unsorted (because the user dragged
things around), what else to show?
I suppose in a perfect world, one might only add the
Bump? Any considerations / opinions / ideas?

and the code, and discovered this: the "Unsorted" option is only present in
the Display page combobox, but is missing from the sorting group in the
context menu.
