you should collect the files after this line:
find '(' -name '*~' -o -name '*.orig' ')' -print0 | xargs -0 -r -l512 rm -f
but imho this rm -f should be moved to %prep instead, after all patches applied
(that's where the backup files came from)

nfs-utils-clients %post is quite fatal, because it's killing processes
accessing nfs mounts.
rpm %post shouldn't do that. it should just reload so the binaries re-exec
themselves.
Executing rpm --upgrade -vh --force --root / --noorder...
