It happened for me for the second time. Fresh install, pretty common setup - ext4 as rootfs on lvm on top of soft raid. Right after reboot, startup fails on rc.sysinit's fsck (from check_root_fs()) with `unable to read superblock'. Happens each time, until I comment it out, boot the system a
