This is really too bad.
This is because a third party dependency hasn't uploaded their package to
the normal package index and their own hosting has gone down.
You can add this to your buildout.cfg file, close to the top to fix it:
allow-hosts =
*.python.org
*.plone.org
*.zope.org
Followed the tutorial word for word pretty much
(http://developer.plone.org/reference_manuals/active/helloworld/environment/plone.html).
Got the following error.
