I still have XP on my machine, but I rarely use it. I'm sad to say that
Windows is a fertile environment for hackers of all sorts.
For browsing the web I use Chrome or Firefox Mozilla.

In my opinion Windows XP is quite sufficient for most applications. The
extra cost to upgrade is not worth it at this time. XP still works great.

I miss windows xp...never had a problem with it...i now use and have been
using Vista. What i don't like is there is software (microsoft) running in
the background that seems to be slowing my computer down. Would i say go
with windows 7? Not sure...i'm on the fence with that one.

Personally I would go with Windows 7.
I have several computers that I use on a regular basis.
One is still running XP but eventually support will stop and I may need to
upgrade anyway.
That's why I originally upgraded to XP from 95 I think it was.
I had Vista on one computer, it was terrible. Upgra

Windows 7 is the one I like the most of all Windows operating systems. It
simply works. They have also included some great shortcut features that I
love, especially when doing work. Windows 8 is as far as I know a system for
touch screen computers.

win 7 is great, but it depends on the hardware you use, the more ram and
processor speed, the better performance for win 7.

I like Vista the best. Although it came pre-installed on my new laptop a
while ago. While it works great on new laptops, I hear there was lots of
problems with upgrading an older laptop to Vista.

I've used most of Windows OS since Windows 95.
Of all of these, Vista has been a nightmare.
Luckily they made Windows 7 which is quite smooth.
I would suggest Windows 7 is a better choice right now, or wait for Windows
8 (the 7 will be cheaper then).

Windows 7 is a nice version of windows, a polished version of the windows
everyone knows. Windows 8 spices it up by changing the normal desktop layout
to a differing layout that is optimized well for both tablets and desktops.

use Windows 7. But 8 is or has just come out. Does anyone out there know
which is best. I've been told really that XP is the best but i have also
