Hello,
I want to report the results from a few tests regarding the next
release. So far I have tested the following platforms:
1. Cygwin: shared library + dynamic drivers
2. Cygwin: static library + static drivers
3. Bare Windows: shared library + dynamic drivers
ad 1.

If the changes to example 29 are incomplete, do you want to leave them in
place for the release, or would be better to back them out for now so
that all the examples are consistent? This could help ensure that we
don't get bogus bug reports about ctest compare failing.
