I have added some documentation to plGraphicsIn and moved the
documentation I wrote recently for plTranslateCursor to the C API.
However now I am getting the following error on Cygwin when I try to
build the pdf
Build plplotdoc-print.pdf
Unexpected error occured
Error: [Errno 16] Device or re
