Apparently not. The RH errata references CVE-2007-4752. The Debian

The more likely possibility is that streaming sites like Youtube
are more heavily visited, and so it is a bandwidth problem on
Youtube's end.

I have noticed a decent speed on normal sites, a bit higher speeds on
speed test sites (speedtest.net,etc) but when tested on streaming sites
like youtube it looks like it never goes up 10kbps (even in the
evenings)
Is there a possibility that Smartbro is throttling the bandwidth for

No offense to Smart BRO/3G users.
But do Smart BRO/3G and PLDT Weroam share the same network? We have
experienced major slowdown in weroam services ever since the Smart
BRO/3G services came out. :(
