There are a decent amount of free support mailing lists offered by
apple at http://lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo . Sadly nothing
parallels specific though.

I just learned it has been throwing out many emails dated 2010 .
Fortunately, there is an easy fix:

install disk, to create a second vm. I am finding that it hangs shortly
