I don't know how to turn it on when I'm not using Skype.
The camera only turns on when it is being used. So, in the context of
Skype, only when you start a video call.
What I'm trying to do is to be able to use my web cam in Google+
because I hear you can do 3 person video conferencing
Something weird happened overnight. I got e-mail with T-bird this morning and
tried to reply to one. The new message form opens and has the correct To: and
Subject: boxes filled in. The composition window is empty. It usually has my
signature. When I click in that area and type, nothing appears
