[PLUG] Video editor with audio graph?

Does anyone know of a video editor that also includes a graph of the audio ala Audacity? I'm working on a transcription where I need to list the time codes at the beginning and end of a "line" which is not necessarily a sentence. The video I have is just the time code on the screen plus audio.

Cinelerra is what I have used in the past, it is big complex and used in a lot of heavy lifting video work. But it has been a while since I used it. It should do all you want and more, but you will have to dig into it a bit, but the end result should be what you are looking for. On Fri, Sep 25,
