I don't think there's a 9.6 version for JDBC. The most current version
I've found is 9.4 (but that should work just fine - even with Postgres
9.6).

I have a couple of java applications that I use, and running the .jar file
brings up the application. Yesterday I downloaded schemaSpy_5.0.0.jar, read
the available docs and tried to use it to generate an ER diagram based on an
existing postgresql database. It produces nothing but a set of usage
