As an interim fix for the broken ctrl key on the Toshiba Tecra I want to create .Xmodmap that swaps the function to the CapsLock key, and puts that function on the permanently depressed Ctrl key. After all, who uses CapsLock anyway? My Slackware boxes have .Xmodmap defined to do this so I ha
