I just checked the two battery backups I have, both of them will power the
RPi
until power is applied to the battery, at that point the internal circuitry
discon-
nects the RPi, I have to manually reconnect it on one, and on the other it
will
not power the RPi at all with the battery taking charge.
The UPS info was good, but it is big, I was looking for one of those backup
batteries, but one that will continue to supply power to the RPi when it
goes
on and off power source. I have tested 3 of them and so far all of them
power
the RPi off when they go on or off charging power.
What are you us
I just use a phone charger battery pack. I think mines 15000 milliamps
